Solutran Successfully Completes Statewide Implementation for Arkansas Smart Card WIC

Minneapolis, MN (Aug 02, 2018) — Solutran announced it has completed a successful rollout for the Arkansas Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program, processing Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) transactions statewide. This achievement followed a pilot for Arkansas WIC.

Smart Card EBT technology provides real-time access to food benefits for participating households, replacing food instruments.
